Can I change my face mask order?

It is important that you place the order exactly as you want it. In the case of a mistake that has been made with your order by you, please contact us as soon as possible regarding any changes that need to be made to an order. We typically need to locate this order in production before we can guarantee a change.

Can I cancel my face mask order?

If you are looking to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours, and we will try our best to help you cancel the order. Since we also try our best to get our face masks shipped out as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee your order will be eligible for cancellation.

Can I return my fabric face masks?

We are only able to accept returns in the case of defective face masks and/or a mistake that has been made with your order by us.
