Face Mask Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or authorize refunds or exchanges unless the protective face masks ordered are defective and/or a mistake has been made with your order by us. Be very careful upon ordering as we cannot accept returns or authorize refunds and exchanges due to a mistake made with your order by you; please visit our FAQ to learn more.
All of our orders are thoroughly inspected and accounted for by at least two production staff members in order to ensure that all of the fabric face masks and their quantities are accurately fulfilled. In addition, all cloth face masks are also examined for any defects before being packaged and shipped.
Civilian Face Masks claims no responsibility for any issues with orders that have already been opened or left unattended after delivery.
Due to color rendering constraints on the Internet, colors may appear slightly different depending on the settings of your computer monitor--the colors shown here are not exact. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Worn or washed face masks are considered accepted and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Contact Us to Initiate Return Requests
If you believe your cotton face masks are defective and/or a mistake has been made with your order by us, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the cotton face masks, and send images of the received cotton face masks to our email address, along with the order number and the first and last names the order was placed under.
If your order qualifies, we will send you a Return Authorization Form with the details of the return. You will then have 30 days from the date of when the Return Authorization Form was issued to send the order back, otherwise the return will be rendered void.
In the case of defective face masks, we will have a replacement sent out to you. All other returns will be carefully reviewed on a case by case basis.
Please do not return or mail any reusable face masks back to us without contacting us first. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
After two (2) weeks upon the receipt of your washable face masks, returns will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
Once your return request has been approved, you must not alter the received face coverings in any shape or form. Then you must safely and securely package the face masks and affix the shipping label onto the package. It is your responsibility to visit an accepted shipping carrier location to drop-off the package or arrange for the shipping carrier to pick-up the package at your address.
